How much does it cost?
Our in-home or on-site service rate is $99/hour. Phone and computer repairs vary based on parts and complexity, but typically range from $40 to $200. We always provide an estimate before starting any work.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Columbia, Southern Middle TN, and the greater Nashville area by appointment. If you're unsure whether you're in range — just ask.
Do I have to come to you for service?
Nope. We're happy to come to your home or business for repairs, installations, or consultations. If you prefer, you can also drop devices off with us locally in Columbia.
What "small-business IT solutions" can you help with?
Full-service IT support including device setup, network and Wi-Fi optimization, secure backups, POS support, website help, and tech planning. Think of us as your on-call tech department — without the corporate hassle.
Is there any cost for inquiries or meetings?
Absolutely not. We're happy to discuss any tech inquiries or meet about your needs any time, free of cost. After diagnosing your problem and proposing solutions, we'll put a payment plan in place.
